What is myTools?

myTools brings together several practical tools:

• Get information about files and folders
• Delete empty and almost empty folders
• Change dates and times of files and folders
• Find / Replace in a text
• Clean and rename file names

You can take it anywhere with you - just copy the installation directory to a USB drive - allowing you to use it on any computer.

I have a 64 bit Windows and myTools is 32 bit. How to update it to 64 bit?

Launch the program and request an update. You will automatically be offered to migrate to 64 bits.

Is it free ?

Yes it is! You can use it free of charge for private and professional purposes. You may not however sell it for profit and you can not include it in a software bundle without the consent of its author.

How to install myTool ?

1. Download the ZIP file.
2. Unzip the archive into the folder of your choice (local hard drive, USB stick…).
3. That’s it!

How to translate myTool ?

All available language files are in the subfolder named Languages. Duplicate one of the trees (for example the english folder) then rename the folder with the name of the target language. The new files are directly recognized in the application (select the new language in the program configuration).

If you want to share your work with other users, send me this translation (in ZIP or 7z archive), it will be included in the program package.
